Now a days, people have lost connect with the nature due to their busy working life. So whether you are an employee or manager in a corporate company looking for employee engagement activities or you are a housewife or student who is looking for an escape from busy hectic schedule for a while.
This program is for everybody, regardless of your age, caste, profession, religion or belief system, because this is not a religious program.
Mighty Himalayas are known as home of ancient spiritual masters and there can’t be a better place to meditate than Himalayas.
When you are off-grid in the lap of nature, there is not much effort needed to be in a meditative state.
“Meditation is not an act which you do, it is just a state of mind when you do nothing and you are close to your source.”
This program will help you to rejuvenate yourself and regular practise of meditation will transform your life.
We would like to mention that this is not a regular Yoga program wherein certain exercises are taught in the form of yogasanas.
Our prime focus is on meditation and praanayam (breathing techniques) to improve your life experience.
There are in total 112 meditation techniques in Yogic culture and we use some of them in our program according to the requirement.
Program can be customised into 2 days, 3 days, 4 days or more and all meals + camp stay + guided tours are included.
